🦞I sat down for a while to watch the attendees exit the arena.
🐟 He came and sat close to me and we began gisting, while sipping. We talked about the event from start to end; especially how absorbed everyone was. Justifying the fact that everyone had a great experience.
🐳 In my opinion, customer experience is how we deliver our services to clients or customers; the promise we keep, how we follow through for them, and how we make them feel when they do business with us.
🐡 As an entrepreneur, I have come to terms with the fact that the life of a business is about providing customers or clients with a series of experiences, which allows them to enjoy the brand more and more.
🦀Thereby, giving them the privilege to form an image of the brand in their minds. Various “moments of truth” are birth.
🐬 There’s no such thing as an unnoticed experience or interaction with a customer.
🐙Every interaction with a client or customer creates a ripple with no logical end.
🐋Therefore, as a business or an individual, let’s be intentional as we interact with clients or people, so as to create the desired experience.
